Hello Friends,

My name is Emma Kiara.

I support people in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and most grounded and authentic selves through Breathwork Therapy, Assisted Yoga Stretching, Private Yoga sessions, and Guided Meditation.

As a Yoga Therapist, Breathwork Therapist and Meditation Instructor, I offer private sessions designed to release physical tension, regulate the nervous system, and ease stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My work is especially supportive for those who feel stuck, burned out, disconnected, or ready for meaningful change. 

In my sessions, you will be offered a safe, supportive space for relaxation, somatic awareness, and gentle release. Through conscious breathwork, assisted stretching, mindful movement, and meditation, you'll be guided toward greater clarity, balance, and presence – both in your body and in your life.

If you're seeking stress, relief, nervous system regulation, or a more embodied approach to healing, I'm here to support you. Together, we create space for calm, clarity, and renewed energy, so you can move forward, feeling lighter, more connected, and aligned with the life you're ready to live.

TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK

A powerful practice that uses  intentional breathing to release mental, emotional, and physical blockages, helping you to access deep insights, release tension, and feel more peaceful, invigorated, and grounded.

RESTORATIVE YOGA STRETCH

A hands-on practice that releases stagnant energy and tension stored in the body, often linked to unprocessed experiences. Through assisted floor-based poses held for several minutes, you'll explore physical as well as emotional blockages, uncovering their deeper connections. This process promotes relaxation, pain relief, and emotional release, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and restored.

DEEP RELAXATION MEDITATION

A guided meditation practice that leads you into a sleep-like state, allowing the body and mind to restore balance, effortlessly, ideal for those with anxiety, insomnia, or stress, it promotes deep relaxation and healing on all levels. Sessions include breath, body awareness, and guided visualization techniques, tailored to your personal goals. This practice allows  profound rest, mental clarity, and a deep sense of calm.
